Travelsafe-UK ltd is run by 3 company directors with a wide range of experience within the field. You will receive the personal attention of the company directors when dealing with Travelsafe-UK. All directors are qualified ADI’s and are able to deliver the practical training on a personal basis. All directors will personally ensure your company receives a quality personal service.
You will meet one of the directors on your initial meeting with Travelsafe-UK ltd. Our moto is ‘Large enough to cope’ (with anything anywhere!) ’small enough to care’
Nigel Dawson (Director)
Nigel is one of the most highly qualified trainers in the UK, holding a Ba (hons) in driver education, highly experienced within the field of driver training he possesses the following qualifications:

DSA ORDIT & Fleet Registered
DIAmond Advanced Instructor & Examiner
Cardington grade A & RoSPA Gold
Iam’s special qualification
Diploma in Driving Instruction
C&G 7302 Teaching Certificate
Safed Fleet registered
Nigel also runs a DSA accreditted fleet training course (www.excelsiortraining.co.uk) to enable ADI’s to become fleet registered, effectively ‘training the trainers’. The majority of trainers and other company directors were all trained by Nigel to become DSA approved instructors and fleet trainers.
Nigel focuses on the companies training regimes to produce the best fleet trainers in the business guaranteed!
Philip Sunderland (Director)
Phil is also highly experienced and qualified within his field, Phil is a retired Class 1 police advanced trainer who worked at the police driver training headquarters at Hendon for Ten years. Also a former Rospa advanced examiner
Phil has trained many VIP’s in addition to specialist police drivers and riders in his Career, including royalty and Prime ministers in many advanced techniques from skid control, pursuit, anti terrorist, high speed driving etc. Phil is qualified to train in all licence catagories including LGV, PCV, Motorbike in adittion to cars, and again has trained police and emergency services in all these catagories.

DSA Fleet registered
Category C & C1 trainer
Catgory D & D1 trainer
Phil is head of the advanced training section, including blue light, skid, anti hijack, Rospa training, Iams training, LGV and PCV.
Christopher Beckett (Director)
Chris’s background lies in insurance injury investigation, incorporating analysis of risk assessment and recommendations therein. He is able to offer tailored advice to your company regarding complying your HSE requirements and dealing topically with The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007, which came into effect in April 2008. One of our aims would be with the assistance of insurance brokers to reduce your premium costs.
